We want you to love your Abbott Lyon pieces, so if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. Please note that personalized or engraved items are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty.

Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Place your jewelry or accessories back into their original luxury packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Generate Shipping Label

  Select your preferred return method and print the prepaid shipping label or use a digital QR code at your local drop-off point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
